The buyer or seller starts by creating an escrow link through BayadSafe. Once created, both sides will have access to the same page to track progress, upload proof, and communicate clearly.
Every escrow contains complete details including item description, price, timeline, and expectations so everything stays transparent.
The buyer sends the payment to BayadSafe using bank transfer, QR Ph, or supported e wallet options. The funds are held securely and cannot be withdrawn until the buyer confirms the item.
Buyers upload their payment receipt inside the escrow. Once verified, the seller is notified that payment is secured.
After payment is confirmed, the seller proceeds with delivery. For shipped items, the seller must provide a tracking number or delivery proof. For meet ups, both parties meet in a safe public place where the buyer can inspect the item.
Once the item arrives or is handed over, the buyer checks its condition. If everything is correct, the buyer taps confirm received inside the platform. This releases the payment to the seller.

Once released, the seller can request a payout to their chosen bank account. Payouts typically reflect the same day or the next banking day depending on bank processing.
If something is wrong, buyers can file a dispute. Both sides can submit evidence such as photos, chat records, or delivery proof. BayadSafe reviews everything carefully and then decides the fairest outcome.
