What is BayadSafe
BayadSafe is an escrow service for buyers and sellers. The buyer sends the payment to BayadSafe first. The seller sends or hands over the item. Once the item is received, the payment is released to the seller. This setup helps both sides avoid scams and fake proof of payment conversations.
Why should I use BayadSafe instead of paying directly
When you pay directly, you trust the other person completely. If something goes wrong, it is hard to recover your money. With BayadSafe, the funds are placed in a secure holding account. The seller only receives the payment after the buyer confirms that everything is okay or after the timer for auto release is completed. This adds a layer of protection for both sides and gives more peace of mind.
Who can use BayadSafe
BayadSafe is created for people who buy and sell online or through social platforms. It can be used by individual buyers and sellers, small businesses, resellers, and hobby traders, as long as the items follow Philippine law and BayadSafe policies.
Do both buyer and seller need an account
Yes. Both buyer and seller need a BayadSafe account so they can view the same escrow, upload proof, receive updates, and track the status of the payment and item. Setting up an account only takes a short time and helps keep transactions organized and transparent.

How can I prove that I already sent my payment
Inside your escrow page, you can upload a clear screenshot or receipt of your bank transfer or QR Ph payment. Once submitted, our system and team review the proof. After the payment is verified, the funds are secured in escrow and the seller is informed that the buyer has already paid.
What payment methods can I use
You can pay through bank transfer, QR Ph, and selected e wallet services depending on what is currently supported. We are continuously working to add more options so that paying through BayadSafe feels as familiar as paying with your usual banking app.
How much is the BayadSafe service fee
BayadSafe uses a simple service fee of 3% for every transaction. There are no surprise charges or hidden add ons. Before you confirm, you see the amount that will go to the seller and the total that will be charged to the buyer.
When does the seller receive the payout
Once the buyer taps confirm received for the item, the funds become ready for withdrawal. After the seller requests a payout, the amount is sent to their chosen bank account. This usually reflects within the same day or by the next banking day, depending on the bank schedule and clearing time.

How does the BayadSafe escrow system work
The flow is simple. The buyer sends the payment to BayadSafe. We confirm and secure the funds. The seller ships the item or meets the buyer. The buyer checks the item. After the buyer confirms that everything is okay or the timer for auto release is completed, BayadSafe sends the payment to the seller. This shared process keeps both sides protected and reduces risk from fake screenshots or no show behavior.
What happens if the buyer does not confirm the item
To protect the seller from buyers who forget or do not click confirm, BayadSafe uses an auto release timer. For physical items with tracking, the timer is three days. For digital goods, it is one day. If a dispute is opened before the timer ends, the funds stay on hold while our team reviews the case. Money is not released until a decision is reached.
Can an escrow be cancelled
If the buyer has not sent any payment yet, either the buyer or the seller may cancel the escrow. Once the funds are already secured in BayadSafe, cancellation needs the agreement of both parties or a proper review through the dispute process. This helps prevent one sided cancellations that are unfair to the other person.

What should I do if there is an issue with the item
If the item is not as described or has a problem, you can open a dispute from your BayadSafe dashboard. Include photos or videos, delivery proof, and a clear explanation of the situation. Our team will review both sides and may ask follow up questions. We aim to close most cases within three business days so that the money is not stuck for a long time.
Will I get a refund if the seller does not deliver the item
Yes. If the seller cannot show proof that they shipped the item, completed the delivery, or attended the planned meet up, the buyer will receive a refund. Since BayadSafe holds the funds, the money is only released when the seller fulfills their side of the agreement or when our review confirms that the transaction was properly completed.

What items are allowed on BayadSafe
BayadSafe supports both physical and digital items. Physical items include electronics, gadgets, collectibles, fashion items, tickets, and many similar goods. Digital items include codes, subscriptions, credits, and accounts that you legally own. Items that are illegal, harmful, or violate Philippine law and BayadSafe policies are not allowed on the platform.
Can I sell game items or digital accounts
You may sell game items and digital accounts as long as you are the legitimate owner and the trade does not go against the rules of the game or platform. We recommend that both buyer and seller review the terms of service of the game to avoid penalties or account restrictions in the future.

How do meet up transactions work with BayadSafe
For meet up deals, the buyer sends the payment to BayadSafe before the meet up. The funds are secured, so the seller knows the buyer is serious. During the meet up, the buyer checks the item in person. Once the buyer confirms in the app that the item is received and in good condition, BayadSafe releases the payment to the seller. This protects both sides from last minute cancellations and fake payments.
Is it safe to use BayadSafe for meet ups
Yes. The payment is already secured with BayadSafe before you meet, so there is less risk of no show buyers or fake proof of payment. At the same time, the buyer is protected since the money is only released after they confirm that the item is received. For added safety, we still recommend meeting in bright public locations or familiar places such as malls and similar spaces.
