These Terms and Conditions govern your use of BayadSafe.online. By creating an account or continuing to use the platform, you agree to the rules described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

About BayadSafe

BayadSafe is a Cebu based startup project that provides an online escrow service for buyers and sellers. The platform acts as a neutral middle space where funds are held temporarily until both sides complete the transaction.

Your Responsibilities

By using BayadSafe, you confirm that:

  • All information you provide is true and accurate
  • You will not participate in scams, fraud, or harmful activity
  • You will only list or purchase items that follow the law
  • You will comply with BayadSafe’s rules regarding disputes and evidence submission
  • You are at least 18 years old

Escrow Process

BayadSafe provides a secure holding account for payments. The process works as follows:

  • The buyer sends payment to BayadSafe
  • The payment is confirmed and secured
  • The seller ships or delivers the item
  • The buyer confirms receipt of the item
  • BayadSafe releases the payment to the seller

Both parties must complete the required steps for the payment to be released.

Auto Release of Funds

If the buyer does not confirm receipt of the item, BayadSafe will automatically release the payment after:

  • Three days for physical items with tracking
  • One day for digital items

If a dispute is opened before the timer ends, the auto release is paused until a decision is made.

Disputes

A dispute may be filed if:

  • The item did not arrive
  • The item is not as described
  • There is an issue with delivery or transfer

During a dispute:

  • BayadSafe may request additional proof from both parties
  • Both sides must respond within a reasonable time
  • BayadSafe will decide based on evidence

Once a decision is made, the outcome is considered final.

Refunds

A refund may be issued when:

  • The seller cannot prove the item was sent or delivered
  • The item is clearly not as described
  • The seller does not respond within the required time

Refunds are returned to the original payment source whenever possible.

Payouts to Sellers

Sellers can request a payout once the buyer confirms the item or the auto release timer ends. Payouts are sent to the bank details provided by the seller. Processing time depends on the bank and may take from same day up to the next banking day.

Prohibited Items

The following may not be bought or sold through BayadSafe:

  • Illegal or harmful items
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Stolen merchandise
  • Weapons or dangerous materials
  • Services involving fraud or deception

Limitation of Liability

BayadSafe is an escrow facilitator and does not own, inspect, or guarantee the items being sold. Users are responsible for ensuring accuracy of item descriptions, safe meet ups, and lawful transactions.

BayadSafe is not liable for losses caused by:

  • Scams that occur outside the platform
  • Failure to follow instructions inside the platform
  • Delays caused by banks or third party payment providers
  • User mistakes, misinformation, or incomplete evidence

Account Termination

BayadSafe may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in harmful activity, misuse the platform, or violate these Terms and Conditions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update this document from time to time. Continued use of BayadSafe means you accept the updated Terms.
