When You Are Protected

You are fully protected when:

• You paid through BayadSafe
• The seller cannot show valid proof of shipment or delivery
• The item is significantly different from the seller’s description
• The item is missing or incomplete
• The seller fails to appear during a scheduled meet up
• The seller is unresponsive even after multiple attempts to resolve the issue

How the Process Works

Step 1: You send payment to BayadSafe and receive confirmation.

Step 2: The seller ships or hands over the item during meet up.

Step 3: You inspect the item once it arrives.

Step 4: If everything is correct, you tap confirm received and the seller gets the payment.

Step 5: If the item is not received or not as described, you open a dispute.

Refund Conditions

You may receive a refund if:

• The item never shipped
• The seller cannot provide proof of delivery
• The item is clearly different from the description
• The seller does not respond to the dispute investigation
• The seller cancels or backs out after you already paid

What We Cannot Guarantee

BayadSafe cannot guarantee protection in situations such as:

• Payments made outside BayadSafe
• Deals done in private messages without using our escrow
• Items that were damaged due to misuse or buyer error
• Transactions involving prohibited items
