1. Create or accept an escrow through BayadSafe
2. Wait for buyer payment confirmation before shipping or meeting
3. Prepare the item exactly as described
4. Ship the item with tracking or meet the buyer in a safe location
5. Upload delivery proof or tracking information
6. Assist the buyer if they request updates
7. Receive your payout after buyer confirmation or auto release

Best Practices for Sellers

• Provide honest and complete item descriptions
• Use clear and recent photos of the actual item
• Ship within the agreed schedule
• Use reliable couriers with tracking numbers
• Keep receipts or proof of shipment
• Communicate politely and respond within reasonable time
• Be transparent about item condition and packaging

Meet Up Guidelines

For meet ups, BayadSafe helps both sides avoid fake payments and last minute cancellations.

• Only proceed once the buyer’s payment is secured in BayadSafe
• Meet in safe public areas such as malls or bright locations
• Let the buyer inspect the item calmly
• Encourage the buyer to confirm the item inside the app

What Happens if There Is a Dispute

Buyers may open a dispute if they believe something is wrong. During disputes:

• You may be asked to provide proof such as photos or delivery receipts
• You must respond within a reasonable time
• The decision is based on evidence from both sides
